Bloomberg taps Oda as Japan energy reporter

Shoko Oda

Shoko Oda, a stocks reporter covering the Japanese equity market, has switched beats and will now be working as a Japan energy reporter, covering Japan’s power and energy markets, as well as climate change policies.

Previously, Oda has served as editor, breaking news at Bloomberg.

She has also interned at Foreign Affairs Report Japan and The Yomiuri Shimbun, Japan’s largest newspaper.

Oda is a University of Southern California graduate.
