Bloomberg has appointed Matthew Boyle as a senior management reporter, a role covering the biggest trends in corporate strategy, the workplace, what the workplace is all about and professional services.
Previously, Boyle was covering the biggest U.S. retailers including Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy and Costco.
Boyle has been with Bloomberg for over 11 years, and was also a reporter on the U.S. consumer team and the European consumer team. He was also a team leader for European consumer/retail.
He was also department editor, corporations at BusinessWeek and has written for Fortune. He has also held editorial posts at PRWeek and Simba Information.
Boyle is a graduate of Princeton University.
