Edward Harrison, the managing editor at Real Vision and the author of the Credit Writedowns newsletter, has been hired by Bloomberg Media as a senior editor.
He will start next week.
“You can follow along with my writing at Bloomberg,” he wrote in the newsletter. “Now, a lot of what I write will be for the Bloomberg Terminal audience. But I will also have the opportunity to write for the Bloomberg website and potentially Bloomberg BusinessWeek as well.”
Harrison has been managing editor of Real Vision since January 2019. He was also managing editor and founder of Global Macro Advisors. He also worked in corporate development at Yahoo.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia University.
