Peter Levring, a reporter covering economics and politics for Bloomberg News in Copenhagen, is leaving to join the Danish business daily Børsen.
He will start his new job on Feb. 1.
On LinkedIn, Levring wrote, “Despite all the automation coming into the newsroom since and someone famously once labeling humans as the enemy, I got the chance to show what I can do and to impact the news. Bloomberg is indeed a hive mind but it’s made up of the best and brightest and most selfless reporters.”
Levring joined Bloomberg in October 2011 as a stock market reporter. He previously spent four-and-a-half years at Reuters covering Danish financial services companies in Copenhagen.
He’s a graduate of Danmarks Journalisthøjskole.
