Bizwatch moves from Portfolio.com to Bizjournals.com

BizWatch, a service that lets you track news about specific companies, is leaving Portfolio.com and moving over to Bizjournals.com.

J. Jennings Moss, the editor of Portfolio.com, writes, “Since we relaunched in December 2009 as part of American City Business Journals, BizWatch has been a key feature on Portfolio.com. You’ve seen it in the top right corner of just about every page, encouraging readers to follow what’s being posted on web sites about companies and their executives.

“This week, BizWatch is ending its run on Portfolio.com. But fans of the service can still track companies and executives on bizjournals.com, the online home for The Business Journals. Both Portfolio.com and The Business Journals are owned by Charlotte, North Carolina-based American City Business Journals.

“BizWatch users can go here to start using the service on bizjournals.com. It’s got a different look and feel, but the mission is the same—let you follow the companies you’re interested in and get their news in a convenient, one-stop-shop space. That web address is www.bizjournals.com/bizwatch/.”
