Tae Kim, an investing reporter for CNBC.com, has been hired by Barron’s as a tech reporter.
He starts his new job this week.

Kim covered equities and financial markets for CNBC Pro, CNBC’s premium digital-content platform.
Prior to this role he was an editor at Yahoo Finance, worked as an equity analyst at hedge funds and as an investment analyst at a fund of funds. He began his career as a management consultant.
Kim graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in history.
