The Spoof, a satirical news web site based out of England, is reporting that Corky Bancroft, a relatively unknown member of the Bancroft family that recently agreed to sell The Wall Street Journal to News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch, has squandered his cut of the deal already at a casino.
“Corky Bancroft, who literally has done nothing his entire life but live off of his family’s fortune, took to the streets on Friday without enough money to even hail a taxi.”
