Babu departs Seeking Alpha for The Economist

Aakash Babu

Aakash Babu, news editor at Seeking Alpha with a focus on the U.S. health and pharmaceutical sector, will be leaving to join The Economist as a healthcare industry analyst and will be part of The Economist Intelligence.

Prior to joining Seeking Alpha, he was a correspondent at Thomson Reuters, which he joined in 2018 as a trainee journalist.

Babu earned a diploma in financial journalism from the Asian College of Journalism in Chennai, India.
