Antenen named legal editor at Acuris

Jay Antenen

Dealreporter and Mergermarket deputy managing editor Jay Antenen has been named legal editor, a new position, for the publications.

Antenen will be developing editorial content and analytics specially geared toward Mergermarket’s existing law firm readers and the wider corporate legal market in Canada and the U.S.

He had been deputy managing editor since October 2017. He oversaw day-to-day editorial operations in the New York and Washington bureaus for Dealreporter and Mergermarket, two publications that are part of Acuris, formerly Mergermarket Group.

The publications focus solely on investigative reporting in order to produce exclusive news and analysis about M&A and equity capital markets.

He previously was editor for Dealreporter NorthAm and subsequently senior editor in the integrated Mergermarket/Dealreporter newsroom.
