Amanda Lewellyn, a podcast host and audio producer at The Wall Street Journal, is moving to a new role at the paper.
Lewellyn is becoming an associate producer, helping develop new content ideas and further integrate podcasts with the broader WSJ newsroom.
She has been at The Journal since November 2019, producing across multiple podcasts, including the “Tech News Briefing” and “What’s News.” Her work includes building organizational infrastructure and incubating new concepts for coverage.
She also has helped bring notable tech columnist Joanna Stern’s work to the podcast and highlighted audience voices on the show for the first time. And she filled in as host of the “Tech News Briefing” podcast starting in July.
Lewellyn previously worked at The Skimm, where she was founding producer of its new daily news podcast “Skimm This.”
