Mark Abadi has been named an editor on the “Business Insider Today” show that appears on Facebook.
He previously was the editor of Business Insider’s freelance content.
His new job involves copy editing each episode, including scripts, subtitles and graphics, and writing text stories that accompany each show segment. About 30 staffers work on the show, which just expanded with a weekly edition.
Abadi previously was a strategy reporter for Business Insider as well as a breaking news reporter and weekend editor.
He is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate.
