MIT Technology Review has hired Amanda Silverman to oversee features and investigations. She previously was the editorial director (newsroom) for Mother Jones based in the San Francisco office. Before joining Mother Jones, Silverman worked as a story editor for Foreign Policy’s print magazine. Prior to that, she was the deputy editor of The New Republic.
