Bloomberg has hired Rachel Yeo as a breaking news earnings specialist to cover Hong Kong mainland-based companies.
Recently, as an economy reporter at the South China Morning Post, she covered the economic repercussions from COVID-19, consumer issues, tourism, logistics, retail, and start-ups.
Yeo freelanced and interned at The Wall Street Journal, where she covered the Hong Kong protests and the COVID-19 outbreak. Previously, she also interned at the South China Morning Post.
Yeo has a bachelor’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University.
