WSJ hires Meyer to write Notes on News

Zlati Meyer

The Wall Street Journal has hired Zlati Meyer as Notes on the News newsletter writer. She joins from Fast Company, where she was a staff writer.

She was a money reporter at USA Today and has previously served as a staff writer, business writer and consumer watchdog reporter at the Detroit Free Press. Her bylines have also appeared in the Boston Globe, the Christian Science Monitor, the New York Post, Business Week, New York Magazine, the Sydney Sun Herald, Exceptional Parent, and Miami Metro Magazine.

She has also reported for the Philadelphia Inquirer, Staten Island Advance, United Press International, and Columbia News Service, a division of the New York Times Syndicate.

Meyer has a B.S. from Boston University and a M.S. from Columbia University – Graduate School of Journalism.
