The Wall Street Journal has hired Krystal Hur to cover markets.
She will start Nov. 4.
Hur has been at CNN covering markets. She previously was at CNBC as an associate reporter, writing for “Mad Money” by Jim Cramer, and reporting across the site’s other verticals.
Hur joined CNBC from NBC News, where she was a business, tech and media reporting intern. She also interned at The Wall Street Journal and OpenSecrets in Washington, where she wrote data-driven stories about money in politics.
She was also an editorial intern at Automotive News.
Hur graduated from the University of Michigan, where she worked at the student paper, The Michigan Daily.
