So you know, looking at Delta, UPS and Norfolk-Southern, how many employees do they have in Metro Atlanta?
Delta is the largest private employer in Metro Atlanta. It has about 40,000 here, about 100,000 globally. UPS has about 4,000 here and 500,000 globally.
And Norfolk-Southern has about 3,000 in that Atlanta headquarters. I think it’s about 4,000 statewide. But yeah, there are a lot of them.
And that’s another of my constituencies as a writer, right, those employees. That’s another readership we think about.
