Thomas moves to Business Insider’s tech desk

Ellen Bryant Thomas

Ellen Bryant Thomas, a senior retail reporter at Business Insider, has moved to the technology team to cover the three major cloud computing providers – Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

Previously, she worked at WWD, where she served as a mass market beauty editor and then covered the business of beauty for an industry audience as a beauty and wellness editor.

In addition, she worked at Meredith Corporation, AOL and Hearst, and interned at Conde Nast.

Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University in Bloomington.
