Telegraph biz reporter Gartside leaving for i paper

Ben Gartside

Ben Gartside, business reporter covering construction, real estate and government outsourcing deals at The Telegraph, will be leaving and joining The i paper as a senior reporter on the news team.

His new role begins in June.

He joined The Telegraph in 2020 as an editorial graduate. Before that, he was a policy reporter at Yahoo Finance, covering politics, policy and business. He was also a political reporter at Business Insider. He was also an intern at The Spectator.

Gartside has a B.A. in politics from the University of Hull.
