Energy reporter Harry Weber, who works at S&P Global covering the liquid natural gas market, is leaving journalism at the end of the month after 27 years.
He previously worked for Bloomberg News covering energy markets for three years and as an energy reporter for the Houston Chronicle.
Weber also worked for The Associated Press for 12 years covering business news and other subjects before joining the Chronicle. While at the AP, Weber was assigned to mentor other reporters, providing coaching, assistance, career support and at times supervision. Prior to AP, Weber worked for four years as a reporter at two daily newspapers in the Boston area.
Weber is a graduate of Columbia University. He is also a George Polk Award winner for environmental reporting.
