Price promoted to senior correspondent at Insider

Rob Price

Rob Price has been promoted to senior correspondent at Insider, based in San Francisco.

He writes investigations and long-form features about the technology industry, focusing on large-cap tech companies, social media, UHNWIs, and privacy.

Price’s work has exposed the abuse of millions’ of people’s data, uncovered allegations of assault and sexual harassment by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s personal aides, detailed misleading and predatory sales tactics by Yelp employees, and revealed businesses profiting from the spread of misinformation online.

His scoops and exclusive stories have been cited by The New York Times, Bloomberg, the BBC, Associated Press, Reuters, CNBC, Politico, The Guardian, Axios, and many other national and international publications.
