Politico reporter Nick Niedzwiadek, who has been covering labor issues, is departing the news organization on Friday.
He previously covered education and breaking news and has been with Politico for more than a decade. He also covered health care and co-wrote the New York Playbook newsletter.
Niedzwiadek is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he worked at the student newspaper, and has previously written for The (Albany) Times Union and the Wall Street Journal.
In college, he interned at the Houston Chronicle.
