Philly’s new politics ed, NYC’s ABC station hires news op supervisor, AP names Oregon state gov reporter

Bryan Lowry (pictured) says he’s “honored” to join the Philadelphia Inquirer as a senior politics editor effective next year. Pauline Chiou has joined WABC-TV Ch. 7, New York’s ABC station as supervisor of news operations, and Claire Rush has joined The Associated Press staff full-time as its Oregon state government reporter.
