
NOTUS, which is changing its name to The Star, has hired Mara Hoplamazian to cover energy and the environment.
Hoplamazian has been at New Hampshire Public Radio, reporting on climate change, energy, and the environment and lead NHPR’s climate reporting project, “By Degrees.” Hoplamazian also reported and hosted an investigative podcast, “Safe to Drink,” on forever chemical contamination.
While in college, Hoplamazian interned at the Sacramento Bee.
Hoplamazian is a graduate of Yale University in American studies.
