Whitney-Lehr Koening has been named publisher of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Koening joined the Business Journal in 2018 as an advertising account manager and was promoted to advertising director in September 2020, then vice president of sales in June 2023.
She previously was Eastern regional sales manager for Auntie B’s and BT McElrath and a sales operations analyst at International Decision Systems.
Koening holds a bachelor’s degree from Sewanee, the University of the South, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
