Vivien Lou Chen, who has been covering markets at MarketWatch.com for the past five years, has retired.
She was covering rates and currencies.
Chen had previously been with Bloomberg for over 22 years and covered the same beat.
Chen also reported for Daily Journal Corp., Los Angeles Times and Des Moines Register. She has also interned at the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, The Oregonian, The Daily Breeze and Orange County Register.
Chen has a B.A. in print journalism and international relations from the University of Southern California.
