For his new role, Symons has joined global business advisory and strategic communications firm Laurel Strategies Inc.
Previously, he was a politics and housing reporter at The Keene Sentinel and freelanced as a fact-checker for the Boston Globe, where he fact-checked several articles for the Boston Globe Magazine, including a 2,800-word feature story on consumer scams.
Symons has a B.A. from Tufts University, where he held various posts at the student newspaper The Tufts Daily, including managing editor.
