Law360 hires Marfin to cover state and federal courts in Houston

Catherine Marfin

Catherine Marfin, a breaking news reporter at The Dallas Morning News will leave to join Law360 to cover state and federal courts.

Marfin will be based in Houston.

She was a reporting fellow at the Texas Tribune and interned at the Houston Chronicle and the Austin American-Statesman.

Marfin has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, where she held various reporter and editorial roles at the student paper The Daily Texan.
