Investopedia has hired Katie Reilly to be associate editor of trading and investing.
She is focused on writing and editing content about investing and trading, and updating articles on the site with the most current information.
Reilly has a decade of journalism experience and was previously a staff writer at Time, where she covered national news and education, including student loans and student debt policy, financial literacy initiatives, the business of childcare, and college affordability.
She has also written for Reuters, Pew Research Center and The (Raleigh) News & Observer. And she serves as a mentor to young writers through Girls Write Now, a nonprofit in New York City.
She is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate.
