Paul-Alain Hunt has been hired by Bloomberg News to cover metals and mining in Australia.
He is based in Melbourne.
Hunt previously was a deputy editor and senior reporter covering energy and mining at Aspermont Ltd. He primarily reported on oil, gas, renewables, nickel, copper, gold, iron ore and coal across upstream and downstream markets as well as legal news.
He joined Aspermont as a senior journalist in 2018, while in his final year studying a comms degree at Edith Cowan University.
