Houston’s two big media moves, a NY Times graphics editor with an AI bent

It’s a pair of big moves in the nation’s fourth-largest city. Abby Church (pictured) moves up at the Houston Chronicle as the new city hall reporter, while Grace White is now a consumer investigative reporter at CBS station KHOU-TV Ch. 11. And in the Big Apple, The New York Times has hired Bora Erden as a graphics editor aiding AI and machine learning efforts.
