Wyatt Loy has joined the Houston Business Journal as a data reporter.
An excerpt from the announcement reads:
“As the data reporter, Loy’s primary focus will be on the Lists, which are some of the most well-read items produced at the HBJ. They will be responsible for creating content surrounding data from the Lists and other trends important to Houston. Loy will also oversee the production of the annual Book of Lists.”
Recently, Loy was a data reporting intern at AccuWeather, where they covered climate change and extreme weather events. They reported on local government, elections and environment for local Ohio news source The Portager.
Loy has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Kent State University.
