Sky News promotes Acres to tech reporter

Tom Acres

Sky News has promoted Tom Acres to technology reporter.

Recently, Acres served as chief sub-editor, a role in which he covered UK and international news for online and mobile, mostly focused on breaking stories and sending push alerts.

Acres joined Sky News as a digital news reporter in October 2017. Previously, he was a trainee reporter at KM Media Group.

Acres has a B.A. from the University of Leicester and a master’s degree from the University of Kent.
