HousingWire has hired Deborah Kearns as an editor.
She previously has been freelancing and was director of communications for Finance of America.
Kearns also worked as a mortgage and real estate writer for NerdWallet and as real estate editor at Bankrate.com.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from Ball State University.
