MIT Technology Review has tapped Jessica Hamzelou as a senior reporter, covering health, biomedicine and biotechnology.
She comes from The New Scientist, where she has worked for over 12 years, most recently as a biomed and health reporter. Before that, she held the posts of reporter and careers editor. She was also a science editor at London Student, where she sourced University of London-based science stories among other tasks.
She has also interned at SciDev.Net, Nature Clinical Practice and The Lancet, all in London.
Hamzelou has a BSc. from UCL and a MSc. from Imperial College London.
