FT’s Kortekaas departs after 12 years

Financial Times journalist Vanessa Kortekaas has joined United Nations Population Fund’s division of communications and strategic partnerships in London.

Recently, Kortekaas was a reporter/producer at the Financial Times, where she worked for more than 12 years.

She also held the posts of world news researcher, online Olympics editor/Olympics correspondent, companies reporter and executive producer. She worked at Bloomberg and CNN, and reporter for the National Post. She was a researcher at BBC Worlwide.

Kortekaas has a B.A. from McGill University and a master’s degree from Goldsmiths University of London.
