The Financial Times has hired Georgina Quach to edit a politics newsletter.
Quach is a British-Vietnamese journalist. In 2020, she was awarded the Scott Trust Bursary by the Guardian and George Weidenfeld Bursary by the International Journalists’ Programme.
She was a Bloomberg Financial Journalism Diversity Fellow in June 2021, and was awarded the Murdoch Scholarship by Oxford University in 2019.
She specializes in technology, business and long-form features, celebrating the writers, activists and creative pioneers who are carving out their own space within mainstream media.
