Fortune magazine has named Holly Epstein Ojalvo its senior vice president of strategy and operations.
Ojalvo will manage operations and ensure strategic prioritization and alignment across the organization. She joined the publication in May 2022 as a managing editor.
Ojalvo previously held a similar role at Quartz, leading newsroom hiring, onboarding, development, and training.
She was also interim editor in chief at The Fuller Project, and her 25-year career has included stints at The New York Times and USA Today.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and a master’s degree from New York University.
