Fortune CEO Anastasia Nyrkovskaya sent out the following to the staff on Tuesday:
All,
As I have spoken of recently, Fortune has important growth plans for 2025, and to support those plans we are making some key changes that span our organization.
Alyson continues to hire into priority areas of F500 coverage while we continue to bolster commercial operations with hiring and investment in key areas including sales, lists and rankings, and audience growth.
With that in mind, I wanted to share some of the latest changes and additions to our team that will help drive our 2025 growth plans:
Frank Minervini will join us March 17 as the new SVP, Consumer Marketing & Audience Strategy. He comes from Ziff Davis and will report to Jason Steele. The Subscriptions team will move under Frank.
Dave Lennon will now report directly to me, continuing to lead Fortune Brand Studio. Also reporting to me will be Yoni Raab, who is taking on full-time leadership of Fortune’s valuable lists and rankings business.
I am also proud to announce that Stacey B. Keller will become the new General Counsel for Fortune. Stacey has been at Fortune for almost four years, and her advice and direction has been invaluable to me and senior staff.
Lastly, Holly Ojalvo has decided to leave Fortune and join her husband on sabbatical. Holly has been an integral part of Fortune for three years, contributing significantly both in the newsroom and on the business side. We are grateful for her many contributions. Her last day will be May 9.
