Jennifer Forsyth, the deputy chief of investigations at The Wall Street Journal, has left the paper after 18 years.
Previously, she served as as U.S. editor and bureau chief in Dallas, where she spearheaded the Journal’s investigation of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig disaster and oversaw our reporting of the early stages of the US energy boom.
She also served as law bureau chief and worked as an editor and reporter in the real estate bureau. Before joining the Journal, she was a member of the investigative team at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Forsyth is a UNC Asheville graduate.
She joined the Journal as a reporter in 2005, covering commercial real estate.
