Astrid Taran has joined Forbes as a senior travel writer to cover hotels, destinations, cruises, tours and gear.
Recently, Taran was at Dotdash Meredith, where she worked for seven years, where she was senior editor of TripSavvy. She also served as a social media editor, senior social media editor and special projects editor for TripSavvy.
As a freelancer, she also covered airlines and managed social media accounts in the travel and lifestyle space.
She also worked at ABC News, Nickelodeon and NBCUniversal.
