FedScoop has hired Madison Alder as a technology reporter.
Alder has been at Bloomberg Industry Group, where she was a reporter covering the judiciary. During her time on that beat, she broke news about judicial nominations, and in early 2021 was was the first journalist to reveal details of a cyberattack that hit the U.S. Federal Court System.
She also covered employee benefits and health care for Bloomberg Industry.
She is a graduate of The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University with a degree in journalism, a minor in political science and a certificate in socio-legal studies.
