Health care industry news site Endpoints has hired Lydia Ramsey Pflanzer to cover health technology.
Pflanzer will start in August.
She had been senior editor at Business Insider, where she worked for more than eight years. She became a health care editor in 2020 and reported and wrote Dispensed, the weekly health care newsletter.
Ramsey joined Business Insider in 2015 as an editorial intern. She was then promoted to the post of pharma/biotech reporter. Later on, she served as the company’s senior reporter and correspondent.
Before joining Business Insider, Ramsey was a web intern at Popular Science Magazine. She was also managing editor at The Daily Northwestern and served as cabin leader at Lutherdale Ministries.
Ramsey is a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University.
