Politico agriculture reporter Garrett Downs is moving to cover Congress for E&E News, a subsidiary of Politico.
He has been covering agriculture for Politico since June 2022.
He previously was an associate editor at Agri-Pulse Communications and an associate editor and reporter at Inside Washington Publishers.
Downs interned for Politico and Our Voice NYC. Downs is a graduate of St. John’s University.
