Dow Jones & Co. CEO Almar Latour sent out the following on Monday:

Colleagues,

I am delighted to share several expanded roles that will help drive digital growth, M&A, cross- and up-selling and innovation in the fiscal year ahead:

  • Nolly Evans is appointed Digital General Manager for The Wall Street Journal. In this role, he will be responsible for driving the Journal’s digital revenue and profitability through new initiatives. Acting on behalf of the publisher, Nolly will work closely with key leaders in news, subscriptions, advertising and technology, coordinating and facilitating our digital stakeholders’ priorities. Nolly will continue his role as head of Business Development and Partnerships and reports to me.
  • Emma O’Brian is appointed SVP of Strategy, leading our B2B M&A efforts, facilitating acquisition opportunities and accelerating the growth trajectory of our business intelligence services. Emma also adds Research & Development to her extended portfolio, which will be run by Emily Welsh, following her successful role leading Buy Side. Emma will continue as Chief of Staff for Dow Jones, with Anjuli Patel promoted to Deputy Chief of Staff.
  • Josh Stinchcomb expands his role as Global Chief Revenue Officer for media to also oversee the company’s relations with its highest-value customers, bringing them products and solutions from across Dow Jones as we seek to cross-sell and up-sell. Josh will work in lockstep with Dave Martin, CRO for B2B Sales, as well as the leaders in subscriptions and Dow Jones energy. Please join me in congratulating Nolly, Emma, Josh, Emily and Anjuli on these new and expanded roles.
