The Dallas Morning News has hired Wilborn Nobles to cover workforce and economic mobility issues.
Nobles previously was a reporter for Axios in Atlanta. He also worked for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution covering City Hall and the Baltimore Sun covering the local county government.
Nobles also worked for The Times-Picayune in New Orleans.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
