The Wharton School is pleased to invite full-time business journalists to apply for the next one-day Wharton Seminars for Business Journalists program, held in London, U.K. at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
The February 2026 program will feature Wharton professors Jules van Binsbergen and Joao Gomes, who will present on the future of asset management, artificial intelligence’s impact on quantitative finance, and emerging megatrends in the global economy.

Through intensive lectures and expert Q&A, the Seminars, led by the Wharton School’s most prominent professors, help reporters gain a better understanding of key business and economic issues. For more than 55 years, the Seminars have offered participants an opportunity to expand their knowledge, network with journalists from around the world, increase their exposure to leading experts, and broaden their perspectives in a stimulating environment.
When: Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. GMT. The deadline to apply is Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026.
Where: The Seminars will be hosted at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, located at 66 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7LA, UK.
How: Interested journalists should apply via the Wharton application. Space is limited. The cost of this program is $75 USD.
Who: In recent years, journalists from media outlets such as BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN,Associated Press, The Economist, Business Insider, Daily Mail, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, and Fortune have attended the Seminars.
Eligibility: Applications are open to print, broadcast, podcast, radio, or online business journalists for recognized media companies.
