Holden Wilen will be joining the Dallas Business Journal as a transportation reporter, covering airlines, airports, trucking companies and more with a focus on Southwest Airlines and American Airlines.
His new role begins in May.
Currently, Wilen is a reporter at the Journal’s sister publication, the Baltimore Business Journal, covering the money beat. Before that, he was at the Killeen Daily Herald in Texas, where he has worked as a city reporter, special projects editor and city editor.
He has also served as managing editor of Prince George’s Sentinel and was a reporter at the Montgomery County Sentinel in Maryland.
Wilen has a B.A. in journalism from Texas Tech University.
