Previously, he was a U.K. political correspondent and served as Reuters Next editor.
James has been with Reuters for over 12 years, joining as a financial journalism intern working on the corporate finance desk. He later joined full-time as a government bonds correspondent, covering euro zone government debt markets, including issuance.
James has a M.A. in international journalism from Cardiff University.
