Daily Business Review promotes VanOstrand to bureau chief

Melea VanOstrand

Melea VanOstrand, a real estate reporter at the Daily Business Review, has been appointed bureau chief.

In her new role, she will lead the Review’s coverage and oversee the Daily Business Review brand.

Previously, VanOstrand worked as a freelance digital reporter at deposition and litigation services Veritext Legal Soultions. She also served as an anchor, reporter and producer at both Fox 55 Fort Wayne and KOTA-TV Ch. 3, an ABC-affiliate in Rapid City, South Dakota.

VanOstrand has a bachelor’s degree from Central State University and a master’s degree from Boston University.
