Emma Court is moving to a new role at Bloomberg News editing enterprise stories, features and special projects as part of a maternity leave cover.
“That means working with my health team pals as well as our transportation, consumer and workplace teams,” she wrote on LinkedIn.
She recently completed her MBA at Columbia University. Court will also pursue her own reporting and writing.
Court joined Bloomberg in October 2019 and anchored its COVID-19 coverage with a focus on testing failures, efforts to reopen and emerging hotspots throughout the U.S. She previously was a health care reporter at Business Insider and MarketWatch.com.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
